Privacy Policy
Effective date: 14 October 2026
Crozaint Technologies Private Limited. Questions about this policy: see section 14.
Overview
Crozaint Technologies Private Limited (“Crozaint”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website at crozaint.com (the “Site”), our marketing and advertising activities, including on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, and our business communications with you.
Crozaint is the data controller (or “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for the personal data described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are
Crozaint is a B2B cloud engineering and FinOps services company registered in India. We provide FinOps, observability, digital workplace and security, engineering operations and managed services across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud to business clients in India, the Middle East and the United States. Our Site and marketing are intended for business professionals, not consumers.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on our Site, contact us by email or phone, or meet with our team, we collect the details you provide. These typically include your name, work email address, phone number, company name, job title, country and the content of your message or request.
Information from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. When you submit one of our Lead Gen Forms on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares with us the information shown on that form, which you can review before submitting. This may include your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, country and your answers to any questions on the form, along with the campaign and form you responded to.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we and our advertising partner may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring and exit pages, and date and time of visits. With your consent, this includes information collected through advertising cookies, described in section 3.
Information about your interactions with us. We record how our relationship with you progresses, for example meetings held, proposals sent and whether you became a client, so we can manage our sales process and measure which marketing activities are effective.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or trade union membership. Please do not provide it.
3. Cookies and Your Consent
Our Site uses two categories of cookies and similar technologies. You choose which ones run through the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer of every page.
| Category | What it does | Set by | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembers your display theme and your cookie choice. Stored in your browser. | Crozaint | Always on |
| Advertising | Measures the performance of our LinkedIn ads, records conversions such as form submissions, and lets us show ads to past visitors on LinkedIn. | LinkedIn (Insight Tag) | Off until you allow it |
| Advertising | Measures the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, records visits and conversions, and lets us show ads to past visitors on Meta’s platforms. | Meta (Pixel) | Off until you allow it |
LinkedIn Insight Tag. If you allow advertising cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag loads on our Site. It lets LinkedIn recognise visitors who are LinkedIn members so that we can measure our campaigns, reach past visitors with relevant ads, and see aggregated, anonymised reports about our visitors’ professional characteristics, such as industry, job function and company size. LinkedIn does not share the identity of individual visitors with us. LinkedIn processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Meta Pixel. If you allow advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel also loads on our Site. It records the pages you visit and actions such as form submissions, together with technical information such as your IP address and browser, and sends them to Meta Platforms. Meta uses this to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, to show relevant ads to past visitors, and to give us aggregated reports. Where you have a Meta account, Meta may match your visit to it, including by using a scrambled (hashed) version of contact details you enter in forms on our Site. Meta does not share the identity of individual visitors with us. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
If you choose “Essential Only”, neither the Insight Tag nor the Meta Pixel loads. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and you can control personalised ads in your LinkedIn advertising settings and your Meta ad preferences.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and follow up on requests you submit, including through our sales team;
- send you information about our services, events and content that may interest you, which you can opt out of at any time;
- manage our business relationship with you and our clients;
- measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, including on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram;
- show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site or engaged with us, where you have consented;
- operate, secure and improve our Site; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your consent (for advertising cookies and marketing where required), our legitimate interests in running and promoting our B2B business, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. Where India’s DPDP Act applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by that Act. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
5. LinkedIn Advertising and Integrations
We advertise on LinkedIn and use LinkedIn’s marketing APIs to connect our own LinkedIn ad account with our internal systems. We use these integrations only for Crozaint’s own marketing and sales. We do not build products on them for other companies.
| LinkedIn tool | What we do with it | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising API | Manage our own campaigns and import their performance results into our internal reports and CRM. | Aggregated campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions. No individual member data. |
| Lead Sync API | Transfer the details you submit in our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms into our CRM so our sales team can follow up, and notify the responsible salesperson. | The fields on the form you submitted, plus the campaign and form identifiers. |
| Matched Audiences API | Create audiences of people who have already interacted with us, such as past leads and contacts, so we can show them relevant ads on LinkedIn. We may also exclude existing clients. | Contact details such as work email, hashed (one-way encrypted) with SHA-256 before upload. |
| Conversions API | Report website and offline conversions, such as form submissions, qualified leads and new clients, to LinkedIn to measure which campaigns work. | Event type, time and value, with a hashed email or LinkedIn click ID used for matching. |
When we upload hashed contact details, LinkedIn matches them to its members and then discards the unmatched data. LinkedIn reports results to us only in aggregate, and we cannot see which individual members were matched. LinkedIn acts under its own terms and Privacy Policy.
We use data received from LinkedIn only for the purposes described above. We do not sell it, use it to build profiles of LinkedIn members, combine it with data scraped from LinkedIn, or share it with third parties other than our service providers in section 6. We follow LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use, including its data storage and deletion requirements.
You can opt out of these uses at any time. Decline advertising cookies in our banner, adjust your LinkedIn advertising settings, or contact us (section 14) to have your details removed from our CRM and from any audience or conversion uploads.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as described below.
Service providers. We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes we specify:
- LinkedIn for advertising, lead forms, audiences and conversion measurement (section 5);
- Meta Platforms for advertising and measurement on Facebook and Instagram, through the Meta Pixel, where you have consented (section 3);
- Zoho for our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Microsoft 365 for email, documents and internal collaboration;
- Amazon Web Services for hosting the Site, our email marketing platform and internal systems; and
- automation tools that run on our own servers to move data between these systems.
Business transfers. If Crozaint is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to the new owner. They will remain bound by this Policy or give you notice of any change.
Legal requirements. We may disclose personal data where required by law, court order or a government authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, our clients or others.
Aggregated information. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, or longer where the law requires it.
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Leads and prospect contacts (including LinkedIn Lead Gen Form data) | Up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner |
| Client contacts and business records | For the duration of the relationship, plus the period required by Indian tax and company law |
| Hashed audience and conversion data shared with LinkedIn | Kept and deleted under LinkedIn’s terms; removed from future uploads when you opt out |
| Website technical logs | Up to 12 months |
| Your cookie choice | Until you change it or clear your browser |
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. These include access controls limited to authorised staff, encrypted connections, secure storage of system credentials and hashing of contact data before it is sent to advertising partners. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.
9. International Transfers
We serve clients in India, the Middle East and the United States, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this Policy and applicable law, including through the contractual safeguards our providers offer.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights, as permitted under India’s DPDP Act; and
- complain to a data protection authority, such as the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority in the EU or UK.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@crozaint.com, which also reaches our Grievance Officer. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. A deletion request also removes your details from future LinkedIn audience and conversion uploads.
Marketing communications. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop calls or messages at the same address.
Phone contact. If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about our services by call, SMS or messaging app, even if your number is registered on India’s National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop contacting you.
11. Children
Our Site and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
12. Links to Other Websites
Our Site may link to other websites, including LinkedIn, Meta and our partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
